BioNet Pharma GmbH

 

BioNet Pharma GmbH emerged from the former Scil Technology GmbH, which itself originated from the Scil Group in 2003. The Scil Group was founded by the late Dr. Stefan Engelhorn in 1999 who was a member of one of the families who owned Boehringer Mannheim, which was acquired by Hoffman La Roche in 1998.

The company is located in Munich.


Several projects have passed preclinical proof of concept and a further two development programs have successfully passed clinical phase II at Scil Technology. License deals have been concluded with leading pharma companies for development programs for different indications.

Christian Nafe, Dipl.-Kfm.

Managing Director

Before joining the Scil Group in April 2000, Christian Nafe was Manager of Controlling and later Head of Controlling at different medium-sized enterprises with subsidiaries worldwide. In parallel to his role in controlling at the Scil Group, he was interim Chief Executive Officer of Scil Diagnostics GmbH, a subsidiary of the former Scil Group, from 2002 to 2003. In 2003, he was appointed CFO of Scil Technology, Scil Proteins and Scil Proteins Production. Since 2009, he has held the position of CFO of BioNet Pharma (former Scil Technology) solely and was appointed CEO in December 2010.
